Yoga For Surfers

This 5 week course is an excellant way to get prepared for a surf trip or to improve your overall surf-fitness

Tailor-made yoga to improve your performance in and out of the water
Increase strength, flexibilty and endurance
Increase lung capacity and breath awareness
Improve balance and mental focus
Focus on surf related injuries - neck, shoulders, back and knees
Injury prevention

This course costs $130 per person, based on a minimum of four bookings per group.
This includes 5 x  75 minute expert yoga  instruction, all equipment, a 'take-home' yoga practice guide and personalised advice.
